Hello and welcome!
For those of you that don’t know me, I’m Meg.
I’m a 26-year-old personal trainer and class instructor based in the Lake District. After graduating with a First-Class BA Degree in Dance, I spent two years delivering dance workshops in primary and secondary schools.
Movement has always been a part of my life, and I got the same passion and feel good endorphins from working out in the gym as I did in the dance studio. After a few years of self-research following my interests in training and nutrition, I took the leap to qualify as a PT in summer 2018.
Classes and private personal training followed where my aim was to create a space that was away from the traditional ‘gym environment’ to nurture confidence and empower all women through training, nutrition and mindset.
In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic brought the expansion of the online platforms Move Coaching & Move at Home. And with the help of a second coach, Abbi - we have expanded our services to give incredible results to more women any place, anywhere and anytime.
What We Do
We offer a range of services for ladies who are looking to improve their fitness, nutrition and mindset etc, both in person and online!
By delivering the right tools, education and support we help women transform into their fittest, strongest and most confident selves.
No yoyo diets, no crazy cardio - we help women of all ages, experience and fitness levels achieve the best versions of themselves in the most sustainable ways.

Meg is the owner and founder of Move by Meg. She is the queen of peachy workouts and leads all of the online and in person classes.
She loves delivering classes, educating women and helping people become the best version of themselves.
Abbi is our online coach who helps deliver our tailored packages. She’s an expert foodie and master of healthy recipes and all things supplements.She loves to combine flexible dieting with tailored training to find the best plan for you.
