Using resistance bands we sculpt the legs and glutes - get ready to feel the burn.

Interval training 

Intervals to get your heart racing and calories burning. Bring your A game as these timed rounds need determination and stamina - the ultimate cardio test. 

No ego's just you against you.

30 min HIIT Blast 

30 mins of pure sweat. 

High intensity leaving no body part behind. This is for those clients who want to give max effort and get the endorphin kickstart to the day.

Boxing for fitness 

Partner pad work sessions. 

Hatton Academy boxing drills mixed with your favourite fitness moves. Bring your power shots as we combine strength and speed.
