It maybe small but your workouts will be mighty!
For you or a small group up to 4 ... you can punch, kick, squat, press and sweat through weight training, boxing, cardio circuit and much more functional training.
The facilities are private; a change from the traditional gym environment.
I offer session Monday - Saturday (excluding Wednesdays) with morning, afternoon and evening time slots.
