In Person Training  

What is is? 

Physical training sessions in a private personal training studio. 

This is face-to-face combining weight training, cardio, strength and endurance to help you reach your goals. 

 

What is included?  

45-50 min sessions 

Training App for 1-2-1 & 2-2-1. This includes weekly activity, progress tracker and nutrition. 

 

Who is it for? 

1-2-1 or groups of up to 4 people (see pricing) 

We strongly recommended that your PT buddies are of a similar ability and have the same training goals as you. 

 

10 weeks minimum upfront payment

ONLINE COACHING

Bespoke training and nutrition

What is it? 

A full tailored nutrition and exercise programme bespoke to you and your goals. 

This service is our highest level of support and accountability and is 100% custom made to you. 

 

 

What’s included? 

  • Initial consultation and goal setting/nutrition questionnaire for YOUR goals 

  • Full training programme to fit your schedule with whatever equipment you have access too (home, gym or both). 

  • Full nutrition breakdown including calories, macronutrients, protein target & suggested meals. Meal plans ARE provided but you will ALWAYS be guided through a flexible dieting approach for long term and sustainable results.  

  • Weekly check in with your coach and any necessary adjustments to be made

  • All training/nutrition is logged through an easy to use app. 

  • 24hr contact through our app 

  • Option for phone call / facetime once per month

  • Move at Home IS included in this package

Online Membership

What is is? 

Move at Home is our online membership to keep you moving from anytime and anywhere. 

The most convenient and easily accessible way to train with me.  

Use it as a programme, use it to top up your PT’s and Classes, use it when you can’t get to a class or the gym – the choice is yours.

 

What is included?  

Video bank of pre-recorded videos

(including some of your favourite workouts like Peachy and Burn). 

2 x Live workouts per week (or catch up in your own time) 

Recipes 

Virtual Nutrition workshop 

Extra workout including gym programmes and additional strength training. 

Tips, tricks, Q&A’s and just general kick ass community of motivated women.
