February Challenge Time!!
SO it’s looking like we are going to be lockdown for February. So here comes another challenge to keep you ladies BUSY and FOCUSED!
You got your accountability partner through 3 weeks… can you get them through 4?!
What you need to do:
6 workouts per week for 4 weeks (OUCH!)
An accountability partner or group and message them everyday (this worked SO well on the last challenge we needed to continue it)
A least 1x rest day per week (especially in this longer challenge you're going to need it)
A mix of both HIIT style classes and Weights
10,000 Steps+ per day
3L water per day
Message your accountability partner
Bonus Points for my hardcore ladies (if you can):
5 workouts + a 5K does NOT need to be a run - can be a power walk, hike or intervals. Its good to get outside!!
