We are based in Penrith, Cumbria. We have a wide range of in person training options for individuals and groups. Please note, due to current restrictions our in person services have been suspended.
What shall I bring?
Activewear - We have a changing room if you need to change before or after your session.
Indoor trainers – Please help us keep the studio as clean as possible. No outdoor/dirty shoes.
Water bottle – we have a water dispenser so you can top up but please bring your own bottle.
Your own equipment? - If you feel more comfortable bringing your own mat, bands or boxing gloves etc. in the current times we fully support this. Otherwise don’t forget to clean and sanitise ours down at the end of every session.
What do I need to know?
Parking - We are in Ullswater Road Business Park where there are a number of free/available parking spaces – however, it can be a very busy site during the daytime. Please respect our neighbours. Never park in front of a unit that not ours or block any roads/doors/vehicles. There is plenty of surrounding parking in close proximity – a short walk will get your legs warmed up!
Covid-19 - a full risk assessment has been completed. Here are the main measures in place that you must follow during your visit to help keep us all safe.
Arrive in your mask and do not take it off until you begin exercising.
Only arrive max 5 mins before your session starts. We do not want clients gathering in our waiting area so please wait outside or in your vehicle until close to the time of your session.

Class sizes are greatly reduced (max 12 in classes) please keep your distance from others at all times and be mindful when moving around the building.
The 24hr cancellation policy applies to anyone isolating or with COVID symptoms. We hope you can understand this decision and support us.

August 2021 Update - Classes
We are taking a break from in person classes in August while we prepare for an exciting new project in September! Stay tuned to find out more (if you sign up to our newsletter you'll be the first to know!)...
We provide physical training sessions in our private personal training studio. This is face-to-face training which combines weights, cardio, strength and endurance to help you reach your goals. Sessions are 45-50 minutes and can be booked for individuals or small groups. We strongly recommended that your PT buddies are of a similar ability and have the same training goals as you.
How much does it cost?
We require 10 weeks minimum upfront payment. The various options are listed below:
1-2-1 training - £350 for a 10 week block which includes the app and nutrition guidance
2-2-1 training - £250pp for a 10 week block which includes the app and nutrition guidance
3-2-1 training - £150pp for a 10 week block. This does not include the app or nutrition guidance.
4-2-1 training - £120pp for a 10 week block. This does not include the app or nutrition guidance.

All Classes in The Studio - BACK SOON!
Power Peach - a glute development class focussed on max resistance to grow glutes and hamstrings (currently not running but will be back soon!).
Project Peachy - the class for your ass, using resistance bands to get that booty burning while working out to a sassy playlist.
Bosscamp - a circuit style class which pushes your body through rounds for a full body sweat.
HIIT 30 - a 30 minute blast for high intensity calorie burning

In person classes are the perfect way to push yourself while exercising with a group to motivate you. We provide equipment for all of our classes. Class sizes are currently limited due to Covid-19 restrictions.
