As you ladies know we are doing themed weeks focus on one style of training each week.
You can choose to do all 6 workouts as core or you can mix the other two up (I don't mind as long as you're working hard)
Also I LOVE the accountability partners and really feel like you might need them this month! It a tough challenge and another month of lockdown so get your support sweat buddies to keep you on track and check in on you!!!
