I am not currently taking on any personal training clients as I am currently a maximum capacity.

I am currently looking at my options to expand Move by Meg to help more women feel fitter, stronger and more confident.
The good news is there are plenty of opportunities to work with me both in person and online with group coaching, courses and classes.

*10 sessions do not have to be consecutive weeks but all booking in advance .
For all block bookings, full payment is required to reserve all further sessions.
A full 24hr notice is essential in order for the session to be cancelled or rearranged.
If 24hr notice is not given the session is non-refundable and therefore will not be carried over.
