Ladies, SUMMER is just around the corner, so I’ve come up with a 2-month challenge to get you ladies feeling fit and fabulous for Summer 2021.
In April and May I wanted to create a challenge to give you ladies the FLEXIBILITY to combine training that suits you, your lifestyle and the easing of lockdown restrictions.
If you love training from home and online – stay fully online as there are so many benefits;

Saves you money
You can do it anywhere anytime to suit your schedule
You can do it in your garden or even in your PJ’s
Or you may wish to combine online/LIVE (they’ll be a minimum of 2 per week) or the on demand video bank with some in person class, PT or outdoor activities such as running, cycling and hiking etc.

You’ll need to upload your start stats and end stats which include measurements and progress pics (don’t worry this is completely confidential).
What you need to do:
Minimum of 5 workouts per week for 8 weeks
