KICKSTART 8 WEEK CHALLENGE:
In preparation for this Summer 2019 I took on a group of 22 women on a group coaching programme to get them feeling fitter, stronger and more confident.
This is the first time I’ve trialled a ‘challenge’ style programme where the ladies went all in on lifestyle changes and training for a total of 8 weeks.
The results were amazing if I do day so myself....
