This three part video series is designed to give you an understanding of some basic nutrition principles. Nutrition and training go hand-in-hand when trying to achieve great fitness and body composition results and become the fittest and version of yourself.
In recent years there has been so much confusing and conflicting advise in the media.
This workshop aims to simplify calories and macronutrients to give you some strategies to implement right away.
Part 1: Understanding energy balance for fat loss

Part 3: Understanding macronutrients and other important principals
NOTE: if you are NOT on a fat-loss journey skip to video 2&3
I recommend watching the videos in three separate sittings.
I also recommend having a pen and paper ready especially for part two!
